Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake Cookies


8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Wilton Chocolate Melts


1.Beat cream cheese and butter together. Add sugar to the butter mixture and cream together until mixture is smooth.
2.Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
3.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
4.Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
5.Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
6.Dip in melted chocolate (to melt the chocolate, follow package directions).
