Chocolate dessert with fruit (without baking)


50g butter

50g raisins

2 tbsp brandy

250 g of chocolate (can be black and half milk)

2 tbsp honey or syrup

175 g oat biscuits (can be replaced)

50 g almond petals

80 grams of dates or figs (dried cherries, cranberries, prunes, apricots)

Zest of 1 orange


100g dark chocolate

20 g butter


Put the raisins in brandy for 30 minutes. On low heat or water bath melt the chocolate, butter, syrup or honey.

Biscuits, figs shred into small pieces, mix with all the chocolate mass, almonds and raisins (squeeze of brandy), add the zest. Form lined baking paper, spread a lot even layer (layer thickness desired, I turned the reservoir about 18 cm in length and width, and slightly more than 1 cm tolschinoy). Close the foil and put in the fridge for an hour.

Prepare the glaze. In a water bath melt the butter and chocolate. Apply the icing on the frozen mass do fork pattern and put in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
