CHOCOLATE cookies.

Ingredients: 
185 gr. flour
125 gr. butter
175 gr. brown sugar (once again convinced that the best powder)
170 gr. chocolate
1 egg

Cooking method: 
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and softened butter. Add egg and mix well. Pour the chocolate, then flour. Once all mixed, Slip dough to form a ball and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Take the dough, roll it out, cut and stamped to make relief patterns. Put a cool time. Preheat oven to 180 C. Bake for about 15 minutes. Completely cool before tasting.
