Chocolate cookies with coconut cream

Ingredients:

For the cream:

● 50g sugar;
● 20 g flour;
● 200 g of hot milk;
● 40 g of coconut.

For decoration:

● Coconut;
● chocolate cream;
● chocolate decorations.

Preparation:

First, prepare the cream. Better night to night it cooled down.
Egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan I put.
Stir whisk.
He added coconut. Stir.
Add the flour.
Stir.
Add hot milk.
Stir well.

I put it on medium heat and cooked until thick, stirring constantly. Leave overnight to cool down on a table and thickens.

Prepare pastry:
Butter room temperature and put the icing sugar in a bowl.
Beat well with a mixer.
Add the egg yolks.

Add cocoa.

The dough on the table knead until smooth, roll sausage (I have a diameter of 4.5 cm.).
Wrap in plastic wrap or bag and place in the freezer for half an hour or until solidification.

Bake in well-heated to 180 * C oven for 10 minutes.

Cream Decorations:
