Chocolate Chip Biscuits.

3 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
3/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
1 1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1.Preheat oven to 450°F. Whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cream of tartar in a large bowl. Use a pastry cutter to cut in the butter until it forms coarse crumbs.

2.Make a well in the center of the butter mixture. Add the milk and use a fork to mix just until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.
Use a large spoon to drop 12 mounds onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-14 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
