Chocolate cherry pancakes

1 cup flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg
1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
150 g cherries, pitted, chopped

All the dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix. Beat in the egg, pour sour milk and butter. Knead the dough uniform, at the end stir in cherries.
Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes in butter on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with melted chocolate, honey, jam and whipped cream for breakfast or afternoon tea.
