Chocolate cake with kefir “Fantastic”

Very simple and delicious recipe for an unusual cake. Cook can either. Try to be sure!

For the dough:
● kefir or yogurt, 300 grams
● Sugar – 1 cup
● Eggs – 2 pieces
● Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
● Cocoa – 2-3 tablespoons
● soda – 1 teaspoon
● flour – 2 cups
For the cream:

Option №1 – sour cream
● Sour cream – 400 grams
● Sugar – 1 cup
● Butter -200 grams
Option №2 – custard
● Flour 2 tablespoons (heaped)
● Eggs – 2 pcs
● Sugar – 300 grams
● Milk – 400 grams
● vanilla sugar – 1 package
 Butter -200 grams

● To dusting -pechene, chocolate or nuts

1.Test for that chocolate cake is cooked very simply: in a bowl, lightly beat eggs, oil and yogurt.
In another – all dry: flour, sugar, soda, cocoa.
2. In a bowl with the dry mixture pour in the beaten eggs and mix well. Then pour into a form that greased and bake in the preheated oven. Bake for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200-170 degrees.
3.Dat cake cool, then divide it into 3 parts, oil cream, sprinkle with chocolate or nuts.
4.Prigotovlenie cream:
• Sour cream: butter soften, mix with sour cream and sugar, all beat up.
• Custard: boil the milk supply. Meanwhile, beat the egg white-sugar, then gradually drive the flour, continuing to whisk. Pour this mixture in a thin stream into boiling milk, stirring vigorously. Reduce heat, add vanilla, continuing to knead the cream well. Cool.
5. Added the softened butter. Stir well. Put in the fridge for half an hour. The cream is ready.

    Hi there,
    I used your recipe today and baked with the home made kefir. The cake rose so well and has such delicious crust. For the finishing I melted some dark chocolate and added dessicated coconut on top of it. This cake tastes so delicious. Thank you for this recipe.
