Chocolate cake with cardamom

Ingredients 10 servings
Butter 150g
Dark chocolate 300g
6 pieces of chicken egg
Sugar 40 g
Cardamom 2 teaspoons
Milk chocolate 200 g

Instructions
baking time 50 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Get parchment split mold for baking.

2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
3. Beat the egg yolks, half the sugar and half the cardamom until pale and thick creamy mass. Add the melted chocolate and mix.
4. Beat the whites with the remaining sugar in a solid foam. Then gently add the whites into the chocolate mixture. Then shift into shape and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. To prepare the chocolate sauce boil 100 ml of water, add the milk chocolate and cardamom and stir until the sauce is thick and shiny. Serve with cake.
