Chocolate cake Prague.

• 1 can of condensed milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 h. L. soda, slaked vinegar
• 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa

For the cream:
• 2 cups milk
• 1 egg
• 4 tbsp. tablespoons flour
• 1,5 Art. sugar
• 4 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa
• 250g butter

Cooking method:
In a bowl, stir well condensed milk and eggs, add hydrated soda and flour and cocoa. Knead the dough. The dough is divided in 2 parts.

In form, greased with butter to bake 2 cakes at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes (the color of cocoa gives Korzh dark color, so care must be taken to not burnt).

When the cakes have cooled, each cut in half lengthwise.

Prepare the cream:
4 tbsp. tablespoons flour mixed with sugar, 1 tbsp. milk and egg. All carefully grind, and then carefully pour the rest of the milk and put on fire.

Simmer until boiling. Remove from heat, cool. Then add the cocoa butter and beat well.

Spread cream cakes.
