CHOCOLATE Biscotti with hazelnuts


2 eggs
250 g flour
10g cocoa
200g hazelnuts
200g sugar
5g baking powder
50g dark chocolate

Cooking method:  
Beat eggs and sugar in a light fluffy foam. Then, mix the flour with baking powder and cocoa in a bowl sift the whipped eggs.
Chocolate and nuts of the chop in a food processor to a state not too fine crumbs.
Add chocolate-walnut crumb to the batter and mix until smooth.
Put the dough in the whole nuts, mixes the dough to the nuts evenly distributed. Dough will be thick, that’s fine.
From dough to make 2 bars, and put them in the pan, the laid paper candy. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Ready bars cool slightly, then cut into thick slices about 1 cm. Arrange on a baking biscotti and again send it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
