Chocolate and coffee cheesecake.

-Cheese 800 g.
-Eggs 3 pcs.
-1 cup sugar
-Vanilla extract 1/2 hour. L.
-Cornstarch 2 tbsp. l.
-Black Chocolate 100g.
-Chocolate cookies 300g.
-Butter 60 g.
-Instant coffee 20 g.

In the bowl of a blender grind cookies.
Add the melted butter. Turn the blender for a few seconds. Should get a moist crumb.

Vystelit baking dish with baking paper. Spread the crumbs on the bottom of the cookie shape and a good ram.

For the filling in a bowl of a blender grind cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one by one.

Add vanilla extract, corn starch. Once again turn the blender for a few seconds. It should get a smooth mass without lumps. 1/3 of the mass separated.

Melt the chocolate.
Add the melted chocolate and coffee in 2/3 of cottage cheese weight.
Grind to smoothness and uniformity.
In the prepared pan put the chocolate mass.

Top – white cottage cheese.

Bake oven for 1 hour at 380 F. Provisional in the oven put a container of water on the bottom shelf. Cheesecake cool in the refrigerator overnight.
