Choco-Pancake breakfast.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp soda (slaked with vinegar)
1/4 Art. vegetable oil
3-4 st.l.kakao

Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt until frothy.
2. Add a glass of milk, beat well and gradually add flour, constantly breaking up clumps with a mixer.
3. Repeat the previous step, add the remaining cup of milk and flour. Add cocoa. Pour vegetable oil (can substitute melted butter).
4. Redeem soda, add to batter and mix well again. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes. During this time the pan warm up.
5. Fry without oil (otherwise it is not American Pancake) over moderate heat. As soon as the bubbles burst and start — oladushek flip and fry for 20 seconds.
