Chinese cabbage salad with sausage

-Cabbage, head 1 pcs.
-Sausages: 150-200 gr.
-Tomato 1 piece.
-Ground black pepper to taste
-Paprika to taste
-Salt to taste
-Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp. l.
-Olive oil 3-4 tablespoons. l.
-Herbs to taste

Cabbage chop sticks.

Add to it a pinch of black pepper and salt, 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, soy sauce. Spoon or your hands thoroughly mix to give the cabbage juice (so convenient hands). Leave for 15 minutes.

Cut sausage and tomato.

Add the cabbage. Fill with olive oil.

Add herbs to taste. Stir.
