A delicious chocolate cake without flour can be cooked without oil: instead suitable boiled chickpeas chickpeas. The rest of the recipe is quite conventional: fluffy whipped up eggs, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, orange juice and zest – no more “podozitelnyh” ingredients. Ready?

chick-pea  550 g
sugar 1 tbsp.
chicken eggs 4 things.
baking powder 1 tsp
cocoa 1/2 Art.
orange 1 PC.
olive oil for the lubrication of the form
water 1/4 Art.


Boiled chickpeas grind with the water and orange juice with the help of a food processor or blender. Consistency will remind puree.

Beat eggs about 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl combine mashed potatoes, eggs, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder and orange zest. Gently mix. The dough is poured into a mold and lightly tap it on the table, so that the dough evenly distributed.
Tip! Instead of sugar, you can take 50 grams of fructose.

Bake in preheated 180 degree oven about 45-50 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick or a match. Cool on a wire rack in the form. Garnish with cocoa powder and berries.
