
Chicken with rice oriental sesame sauce
In many countries the figure is on the first place among other dishes. And often all other products are served as a complement to the rice. Tender chicken with a bright sharp-sweet sauce and the vegetables perfectly complements rice and sesame seeds will give your dish a true oriental flavor!
Ingredients
4 sprigs of chives
coconut oil 3 tbsp. l.
starch (potato or corn) 4 tbsp. l.
sesame seeds 4 tbsp. l.
sesame oil 1 hour. l.
chicken breast (medium) 3 pcs.
onions (medium) 1 pc.
1/2 cup honey
hot sauce (any on your taste) 1 ch. l.
rice (white or brown) 500 g
bell pepper (you can take on half the peppers of different colors) 1 pc.
soy sauce, 5 tablespoons. l.
salt and pepper to taste

How to make:

6. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
7. Season with salt and pepper them.
8. Then in a large bowl whisk together the egg whites, add the starch, and place the chicken in this dish. Mix well.
9. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and cook it in chopped peppers and onions for 4-5 minutes. Vegetables should soften slightly, then transfer them to a plate.
10. In the same pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a frying pan and place the chicken.

Cook for 5-8 minutes, until the chicken is golden.

14. Stir and keep on the heat for 1-2 minutes.
15. Then, lay the chicken with vegetables on plates with rice and serve.
