Chicken with figs and pine nuts

When it’s time to start figs, you need to catch the moment. Figs with pine nuts, roasted red onions, rosemary, honey and chicken – just extremely tasty.

chicken (thigh or lower leg) – 1 kg
red onion – 1 pc.
Garlic – 2 the tooth.
olive oil – 5 tablespoons. l.
rosemary – 1 sprig
salt pepper
white wine – 150 ml
Fresh figs – 8 pcs.
pine nuts – 40 g
Honey – 2 tbsp. l.
lemon juice – 1 tsp..


Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Onions cut into rings. Onions fry in 3 tablespoons. l. oil in a frying pan, salt and pepper.

Rinse and dry the chicken, salt and pepper. Crush the garlic, pick rosemary leaves, finely chopped parsley. Rub the chicken. Drizzle with oil.

Add the onion and wine. Bake for 45 minutes.

Figs cut into slices. Fry in a pan with nuts, add honey, lemon juice.

Share: Peach mixture on the chicken. Bake for another 15 minutes.
