-Chicken breast (fillet) 200-250 gr.
-Cashews (roasted) 50 g.
-Chile pepper (fresh or dried), 1-2 pcs.
-Onion (better shallot) 1 pc.
-Pepper (sweet) 1/2 pcs.
-Green onions 3-4 tablespoons. l.
-Garlic 2-3 pcs.
-Fish sauce 1 tbsp. l.
-Oyster sauce 2 tbsp. l.
-Tomato paste (or ketchup) 2 tbsp. l.
-Flour 2-3 tbsp. l.
-Chili sauce to taste
-Sugar to taste
-Vegetable oil to taste

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
Chilli, shallots, bell peppers and green onions cut into arbitrary.
Garlic minced.
In a bowl pour the flour. Boned chicken pieces in it.
Put the wok on medium heat and pour in the oil. Fry the chicken pieces until tender.
Harvesting on a napkin.
In wok add a little oil, throw the garlic, fry for 20 seconds, then add the whole pepper and shallot. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Then we throw nuts, cook for 1 minute.
Add sauces, tomato paste and sugar. All we mix well.
Return the chicken. Cook for 1 minute.
We throw the onions, stir and turn off.
Serve with boiled rice
