-Dry egg noodles 100g.
-Chicken fillet 250g.
-Carrot 1 pc.
-Onion 1 pc.
-Sweet pepper 1/2 pcs.
-Green beans 100g.
-Vegetable oil 2-4 Art. l.
-Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
-Salt and ground black pepper to taste
-Soy sauce Gravy 4 tbsp. l.
-Vegetable oil Gravy 1 tbsp. l.
-Garlic Gravy 1 PC.
-Spicy chili Gravy 1/2 h. L.
-Starch Gravy 1 h. L.
-Water Gravy 2 tbsp. l.
-Sugar Gravy 1 h. L.

Chicken fillet cut rather short stripes thickness 1-1.5 cm or small cubes.
Marinate fillets 2 tbsp. l. Soy sauce and leave for 20-30 min.
Carrots and onions to clean.
Onions cut into large cubes and disassemble the petals.
Carrots cut into thin slices.
Pepper wash, dry, remove the membrane and cut into large cubes.
Garlic peel and chop.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce.
Beans boil until half. Fold in a sieve and let drain all the liquid. Cut beans into cubes 3-4 cm long.
Preheat a wok 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Fry the chicken until cooked. Ready to remove the fillets on a plate.
Add the remaining oil in the wok, onions, carrots and peppers. Fry the vegetables over high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the vegetables to the beans and duck fillet. Stir and fry for 1 minute.
Add to wok and stir the sauce. Reduce heat to medium, and warm up for 1-2 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
Add egg noodles wok and stir. Warm, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes.
