Chicken stuffed with couscous and dried fruit

You think you cook for dinner? Chicken stuffed with couscous and dried fruit, will surprise you with fresh, bright flavor! A special highlight of the dishes — marinated in lemon and chili.

INGREDIENTS
1 chicken
100 g of dried apricots
100 grams of prunes
150g couscous
1 chili
2-3 cloves of garlic
½ lemon
1 PC. seasonings for juicy chicken, crispy chicken .. to choose what

COOKING METHOD
Finely chop the dried fruit and mix with couscous.
Couscous pour boiling water 1 : 1.
Finely chop the garlic and chili pepper.
Add the couscous with the juice and zest of lemon. Stir.
Prepare the marinade: Mix 4 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice, chilli and seasoning for chicken.
Now spread the chicken with marinade.
Stuff stuffed with couscous.
Put the chicken in a baking dish and send it in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees.
