Chicken, stewed in pomegranate juice.

-sugar 3 tbsp. l.
-onion 2-3 pieces.
-8 chicken thigh pieces.
-coriander 2 h. L.
-ground cinnamon 1/4 hours. l.
-ground black pepper 1/4 hours. l.
-salt 1 h. l.
-walnuts 250 gr.
-pomegranate seeds and coriander chapped supply to taste

The juice is poured into a ladle, add the sugar and put on the stove.
Cook over medium heat until juice is reduced in volume by one third.
Onions finely chop.
Mix the coriander, cinnamon, pepper and salt.
This mixture is rubbed chicken thighs.
In a skillet over high heat 1 tablespoon warm up vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown thighs on both sides, for a couple of minutes per side.
We shift the thigh in a saucepan or pot to extinguish.
Reduce heat to medium, put in a saucepan and fry the onion, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes. We shift to the hips.
Nuts finely chop.
Pour the juice into the pot boiled, put the nuts, salt to taste, stir.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low and cook the chicken under the lid for about 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
Serve with rice, sprinkled with pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander.
