-1 kg of chicken.
-vegetable oil For the marinade 3 tbsp. l.
-garlic For the marinade 2 pcs.
-fish sauce (fish sauce) For the marinade 2 h. L.
-white wine, apple cider or rice vinegar For the marinade 2 h. L.
-Curry powder For the marinade 1/2 h. L.
-Brown sugar For the marinade 1 tbsp. l.
-chapped coriander For the marinade 1 tbsp. l.
-salt and pepper For the marinade taste
-bamboo skewers, soaked in water beforehand For the marinade taste
-garlic For the peanut sauce 2 pcs.
-water For the peanut sauce 250 ml.
-peanut paste For the peanut sauce 120 gr.
-fish sauce For the peanut sauce 1 tbsp. l.
-white wine, apple cider or rice vinegar For the peanut sauce 1 tbsp. l.
-Brown sugar For the peanut sauce 2 h. L.
-Tabasco or other hot pepper sauce to taste and desire For the peanut sauce taste

Mix in a bowl the grated garlic, cilantro and other ingredients for the marinade
Fillet cut into long thin strips.
Put the chicken in the marinade and stir. We leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the garlic.
In a skillet over medium heat 1 tablespoon warm up vegetable oil, put the garlic and fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the water and add the remaining ingredients. Carefully stir, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool to the side.
Strung on skewers marinated chicken.
Fry until cooked skewers in a pan-grill (normal is also nice).
Serve with sauce, fresh vegetables and a slice of lime.
