Chicken salad with grapes, nuts and capers

Ingredients 4 servings
5 cups water
Chicken Breast 400g
3 teaspoons salt
⅓ cup mayonnaise
Natural yogurt ⅓ cup
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
3 tablespoons capers
Red grapes ¼ cup
Green grapes ¼ cup
White grapes ¼ cup
Black grapes ¼ cup
Ground black pepper to taste
½ cup pecans

1. Chicken breast (without skin and bones), cooked in salted water (2 teaspoons salt 5 cups), cool and cut into cubes.

2. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and Dijon mustard.
3. Cut the grapes in half, add the chicken, dried capers, nuts and mayonnaise mixture. Stir and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Pecans can be replaced with walnuts, crush them do not need: it is enough to split in half.
