Chicken salad with avocado and sweet peppers.


250g chicken breast
3 pcs. sweet pepper
1 PC. avocado
1 PC. orange
10g fresh mint
40ml olive oil
15g honey
20ml lime juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Cooking method:         
Boiled or baked chicken breast cut into small pieces.
Multi-colored sweet peppers cut into cubes, remove seeds.
Remove seeds avocado, peeled and cut into cubes.
Peeled oranges are divided into slices and cut into cubes.
To prepare the filling mix the finely chopped mint leaves, olive oil, lime juice, mustard and honey. To taste, add salt and black pepper.
