Chicken rolls with pear wrapped in bacon


Chicken breast – 500g
Bacon – 200g
Olive oil (3 tablespoons marinade. L., And 2 tbsp. L. Roasting) – Article 5. l.
Pear (clean peel) – 2 pcs.
Lemon juice (marinade) – 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic (marinade) – 2 tooth.
Sweet paprika (marinade) – 1 handful
Rosemary – 1 pc.
Dry white wine (for frying) – 150 ml


1. Chicken breasts wash and drier with a paper towel.
2. Prepare the marinade.
3. Squeeze the garlic, lemon juice, paprika slices and olive oil.
4. Soak the chicken for 10-15 minutes. Pears wash and peel.
5. Cut lengthwise into several lobes. Prepare the bacon strips.
6. Chicken breasts get out of the marinade and starting each slice of pear. Wrap the breast by one or two strips of bacon.
7. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry rolls over high heat until golden brown bacon.
8. Pour in dry white wine, add a sprig of rosemary, reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot rolls with white wine.
