Chicken, peas & cucumber salad.

chicken (fillet) – 250g
green peas – 40 g
salt – to taste
medium potatoes – 1
large potato (80 g)
pickled cucumbers – 40 g
Mayonnaise – 80 g
parsley (green) – twig
boiled egg – 1 pc.
crab meat – 30 grams

1. Boil potatoes, cool, peel. Boneless chicken to boil in salted water.

2. Potatoes, cucumbers, chicken cut into cubes, mix, add green peas, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste and stir again.

3. Put all ingredients in a bowl, rub the egg on top, add the crab meat.

Garnish with a sprig of greenery.
