Chicken pastrami


chicken 2 pieces.
1 tablespoon salt
water 500 ml
2 cloves garlic, peeled
a pinch of chilli pepper
1 tsp paprika
10 peas black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
hops-suneli to taste

1. Prepare a solution of cold water and salt. Fill with the mixture and put the fillets in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Grind all the spices and salt in a mortar, mixed with olive oil.

3. Fillet clear of films, rub with a mixture of spices. Connect together the two halves and tie culinary thread.

4. Heat oven to 250 degrees. Put the brisket on a greased baking sheet and place in oven.

5. After 15 minutes turn off. Pastrami Leave for 2 hours in the oven, without opening the door. Before serving cool.
