Chicken nuggets without frying.

To prepare the nuggets we need:
• chicken breast without skin,
• Low-fat milk or cream,
• flour,
• egg
• breadcrumbs,
• sesame seeds (optional).

Cooking method:    
1. Chicken fillet cut into pieces of medium size.

2. Soak fillets in milk or cream for at least an hour, preferably 2-3.

3. Lightly beat the egg.

4. Sesame mix with breadcrumbs.

5. THINGS boned fillets in flour, then in egg, then in bread mixture. We spread nuggets to cart MULTI two floors (in the basket and on the grill) and cook in a preheated 180-degree instrument 5 minutes.
