Chicken meatballs with cream sauce.

-Chicken minced 500 gr.
-Cream cheese 150g.
-Egg chicken 1 pc.
-Onion 1 pc.
-Onion 250g.
-Flour 1 tbsp. l.
-Butter 1 tbsp. l.
-Salt, pepper, herbs to taste

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown.
Greens finely crumble.
Chicken mince, mix with cream cheese, eggs, herbs, salt, pepper and any spices to taste.
Add the onion to the mince, mix, and send in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Then wet hands forming small meatballs and fry them with one hand over medium heat until golden.
Then turn over, cover with a lid and fry for about 4 minutes -x.
To prepare the sauce you need to fry flour in a dry frying pan until golden, then add the butter, stir and put out 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat, pour in the cream, continuing to stir.
When the mixture is smooth again, turn heat and cook the sauce for 5 minutes, season with salt to taste. When serving pour sauce meatballs.
