Chicken meatballs with cheese in wine sauce.

2 cups white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
chicken breasts 3 pcs.
shallots 1 piece.
flour(+ 2 tbsp. L.) 1 – 1 1/2 cups
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper – to taste
cheese(grated on grater) 1/2 cup
3 cloves garlic
1 cup of spinach
eggs 3 pcs.

Cooking method:
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Repel the chicken breasts to make them thin, then cut each about 4 parts. Salt and pepper.
2.In a bowl pour the flour, whisk the eggs in another. Dip cutlets in flour first, and then – in the egg. While leave to one side.
3.Heat a large frying pan, which can then be put into the oven. Pour into the pan a quarter cup of olive oil. When the oil is heated, place meatballs in it and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown. Move the burgers to the other dishes …
4.In a frying pan, pour a quarter cup of olive oil. When the oil heats up, load the pan sliced ​​onions. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute. Be careful not burnt vegetables. Add the white wine. Stir and cook for 7 minutes to evaporate the liquid. Then add the flour (2 tbsp. L.). Cook, stirring occasionally to avoid lumps. Once the mixture becomes creamy, remove it from the heat and add the cream.
5.Return the chicken to the pan. For each piece of meat lay a little spinach, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve meatballs are best with pasta, rice or vegetables.
