Chicken meatballs in tomato – cream sauce and cheese.

Variations on the meatballs endless. This is a classic recipe. Serve with rice.
300 grams of chicken breast
2 onions
100 grams of rice
Salt. Spice.
1. For the sauce: 5 tablespoons of tomato paste or ketchup mixed with 100 grams of cream and 2 \ 3 cups of water.
2. Chicken breasts cut in a meat grinder, to the onion, add to the weight of the rice al dente, salt, spices, mix well.
3. blindly round balls, roll in flour and lightly fry in sunflower (olive) oil.
4. Then pour the sauce over low heat and simmer, covered 15 to 20 minutes.
5. At the end sprinkle with grated cheese on a coarse grater and give it to melt.
