Chicken marinated in Greek


• Yogurt – 1 cup
• The chicken (legs, wings, pellets) – 2 kg
• Lemon (average) – 1 pc.
• Olive oil – 2 tbsp. l.
• Oregano powder – 1/2 Art. l.
• Black pepper – to taste
• Fresh parsley – 1/4 bundle
• Salt – 1/2 ch. L.
• Garlic – 2 cloves

Do you want something simple and very fragrant? Then cook the chicken on the grill, pre-impregnated her delicious creamy marinade. Preparing a marinade is easy, but brings an explosion of taste!
1.Smeshayte yogurt, olive oil, crushed garlic, oregano, salt and black pepper. Add the lemon zest (grate it on a small grater) and the juice of half a lemon (about 2 tablespoons).
2. Mix well and then add the chopped parsley. The marinade is ready! You see: everything is easy.
3. Place chicken along with the marinade in a large plastic bag and close the bag, leaving it in the air. Mix the marinade with the meat and send it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Now you can fry the marinated chicken in a frying pan or on the grill, and bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
Note: The marinade can put a little more garlic.
