Chicken loaf with mushrooms.

This juicy, fragrant and delicious bread – a great alternative to shopping cutlets and sausages. Excellent bread cut into portions and holds its shape.

Chicken Leg 6 pcs.
chicken fillet 1 pc.
mushrooms 300g
loaf 150g
cow’s milk 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
cream milk 1 tbsp
1 tablespoon mustard
nutmeg 1 tsp
Provence herbs 1 tsp
Bow 3 pcs.
garlic taste

First prepare mushrooms: Wash, cut into thin slices, lay on a heated pan, keep up to complete evaporation of the liquid, then add the vegetable oil and fry the chopped onions. Fry onions until transparent, squeeze through the press 2 cloves of garlic, salt and fry for another 5 minutes. Give the filling to cool a little.

Chicken beef can take the ready, it will need about 900 But it is better to cook it yourself. For the stuffing I buy large chicken legs, trim the meat and mince. Bones are a bonus, of which I boil the broth. Along with the meat through a meat grinder miss soaked in milk, a loaf of yesterday.

To the stuffing add eggs, diced chicken, salt and pepper to taste. I also recommend adding nutmeg and Italian herbs. Mix until uniform.

At least add the cooled mushrooms. Ready to fight off beef, lifting it and throwing back into the bowl.

Rectangular shape and lay a parchment densely filled with minced meat.

Cover with parchment dangling ends and tighten the foil. Send in a preheated 220 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Then, to get bread, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees, remove the foil and grease the top of the loaf with a mixture of cream with mustard (not necessarily take it Dijon mustard, it suffices to take a non-acute). Send a loaf in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Make sure that he blushed, but not burnt. Of the finished loaf will follow clear juice, and he will fall behind the walls of the mold. Drain juice and let stand for at least half an hour before the form submission.

Bread is nice and hot and cold snacks as – as an analogue of the sausage on the sandwich. Try and decide in what form it is like for you!

Bon Appetit!
