Chicken liver in Indonesian.


Chicken liver 300 grams
onion 4 heads
peppers 1 piece
40 grams of vegetable oil
cream 100g
salt to taste
molotyypo pepper to taste

Cooking method:
Finely chopped onion, mix with chopped bell pepper and fry in butter.

Liver finely chop, combine with vegetables and fry all together, stirring constantly.

The dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the cream and heat for 5 minutes.

Serve with steamed rice.
