Chicken in wine with olives and new potatoes.
Ingredients:
-Potatoes 4-5 pcs.
-Garlic head 1 pcs.
-Olives 1/2 cup
-Thyme, sprigs of 2-3 pc.
-1 cup white wine
-Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
-Honey 2 tbsp. l.
-Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a well-heated skillet fried chicken.
We take out and in its place will send potatoes and garlic.
Return the chicken to the skillet, put back the olives, thyme, salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl mix wine, balsamic vinegar and honey.
Add to the chicken, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and leave it to languish for another hour.
