Chicken in a spicy sauce with WIDE Funchoza.

-Kurinoe Fillet – 600g
-Pasta “Miso” by Sen Soy Premium – ½ pack.
-Pasta “Kimchi” by Sen Soy Premium – ½ pack.
-Kunzhutnoe -1 Tablespoon butter
-Risovy Vinegar from Sen Soy Premium – 1 tbsp. l.
-Dining room of white wine – 2-3 tablespoons
-Sahar – 2 tbsp. l.
-Lapsha Funchoza bean – from Sen Soy Premium – 2-3 beam
-Imbir Root – 150g-200g
-Luk – 1 pc.
Citric / Lime
-Sesame oil
Chicken fillet cut into large strips (2 * 2 * 5 cm.). Onion cut into thin half-rings. Ginger peeled and cut into thin strips.

Broad beans Funchoza prepare noodles according to the recipe on the package.

Make the sauce: mix 2e paste, add the rice vinegar, wine, sesame oil, sugar – Stir to dissolve the sugar.

On a hot skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) fry
Ginger, a minute add the onions and the chicken for 1-2 minutes on each side, then add the sauce, fry until tender over low heat, covered for 10 minutes.

Spread on a la carte dishes noodles, lay on top of slices of meat with sauce.
Note: You can also apply Funchoza not as a separate side dish and fry the meat with 3 minutes before serving.

The dish is decorated with sesame seeds, chopped herbs and a slice of lime.
