-600 G chicken hearts

tablespoons soy sauce
-2 Garlic cloves
-2 Hours. Tablespoons vegetable oil

1. Heart necessarily cut open one piece, it is quite oily and they look so neat. Rinse the hearts of blood clots inside the lot of them.

2. Soak hearts in ice water for 30 minutes, again thoroughly wash, dry.

3. Garlic crushed, coarsely chopped chili, remove seeds, grate the ginger root.

5. Put in the hearts marinade, mix well, cover and put into the

Release hearts from marinade, strung on wooden skewers.

Fry hearts on all sides in a frying pan with non-stick coating in two teaspoons of vegetable oil.

6. Remove the skewers from the hearts of the pan, the pan deglasirovat white dry wine, water or orange juice (1-2 tbsp. Spoons), hearts back in the pan, cook for a few minutes, all the while turning the skewers.
