Chicken hearts in tomato sauce with coriander

• 1 kg chicken hearts;
• Vegetable oil 3 tbsp .;
• 100 ml tomato sauce;
• 1 bunch of parsley;
• 5 cloves garlic;
• Coriander (ground) 1 tsp .;
• Salt to taste;
• pepper to taste;

1.Vremya preparation -1 hour. Number – 4 servings
2.Serdtsa wash under cold running water, cut the white veins.
3.Razogreyte a large frying pan with vegetable oil. Add heart and fry on all sides for 10 minutes. Season with coriander, salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
4. Add the tomato sauce and cook for another 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.Za 5 minutes before the end, add the garlic. Mix well.
6.Podavayte hot, generously sprinkled with parsley.
