Chicken fillet with honey and lemon.

-Chicken 4 pcs.
-Liquid honey 2 tbsp. l.
-Lemon 2 pcs.
-Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
-Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Mix honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, juice and grated zest of two lemons.
Put the chicken in a baking dish, pour on top of Limni-honey mixture and distribute it on the chicken.
Put the form in a preheated 400F degree oven and bake, basting occasionally with marinade on top, while the fillet is golden brown and the sauce has evaporated almost completely.
Remove the finished dish out of the oven and cool.
Slice and serve with lemon wedges.
