Chicken fillet stuffed with pineapple and cheese


3 pcs. chicken (I)
Slice of cheese thickness of 0.5 cm. (1 fillet) = 3 slices.
Canned pineapples
Ground pepper
Vegetable oil


Cheese cut into thin plastics.
Each fillet make a longitudinal incision. Expand. Recapture. Season with salt and pepper.
Put fillet slices of cheese and pineapple. Fillet roll rolls.
Tied with a thread (I use ordinary thread, folded 4 times).
Roll the fillets in breadcrumbs.
In vegetable oil fry the rolls on all sides until golden brown (fry for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat).
Then cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
With ready-made rolls do not forget to remove the skin.
