Chicken fillet marinated cucumber basil salad.

– 1 chicken (about 200 grams)
– 1 large cucumber
– 3 small pickles
– 1 large fresh tomato
– 1 clove garlic
– 0.5 bundle of green salad
– 50 grams of sour cream
– 1 tbsp. tablespoon French mustard
– 3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 tbsp. tablespoons soy sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil
– Cherry for decoration
– 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce
– Garlic, mashed with a little pinch of salt
– Very finely chopped basil
– Pepper to taste.

1. All of the ingredients for the marinade mix.
2. On the fillets to make cuts diagonally, pour the marinade, so it came in sections and leave for 30 minutes. Several times to turn.
3. Next, fry with 2 sides until golden brown and place in a preheated 200 * oven for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, put the fillets in a plastic bag and cool.
5. Fresh cucumber slice polukolechkami, pickles – strips, tomatoes – slices or cubes, removing the seeds and juice. Salad hands pick to pieces. Cooled down fillets cut into strips, pre-cut a few thin slices for decoration.
