Chicken fillet in honey marinade.


-300 g of chicken

for the marinade:
-1 tbsp vegetable oil
-1 tbsp honey
-juice of 1 small lemon
-seasoning to taste


1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade. The meat cut into small pieces, pour the marinade and put 1 hour in the refrigerator.

2. Heat the pan, put the meat with the marinade and fry over high heat until almost evaporated marinade, then reduce heat, cover and soak for 5 minutes.
