Chicken fillet in cranberry-onion sauce.

Chicken fillet turns out very tender, and the combination with sweet and sour sauce makes it incredibly delicious!

Chicken fillet 400g.
Red onion (large) 1 pc.
Cranberry, a handful of 3 pieces.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 3+ 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rusk bread 1 tbsp. l.
Greens (any) to taste


Chicken fillet wash, cut into pieces or cut molds figurines.

Pieces of salt and pepper and a little (literally minutes) fry over high heat in olive oil.

Red onions washed, cleaned and cut into rings. Fry in olive oil for 2 minutes.

The bow Sift the flour and fry for another minute or two.

The onion-flour mixture pour 200 ml of water and add the cranberries.

Boil 5 minutes over low heat until thick. The sauce is ready.

Further, the refractory shape lay half roasted chicken.

Top with half of the cranberry-onion sauce.

Then put a layer of the remaining chicken and a layer of sauce. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and herbs. Send in the oven at 400F degrees for 30 minutes.
