Chicken Curry.

-Kurinye Breast – 2 pcs.
-Green Pepper – ½ units.
Curry Powder – 3 hours. L.
-Luk – 1 pc.
-Chesnok – 2 cloves
-Tomatnaya Paste – 1 tbsp
-Olivkovoe Oil – 2 tbsp. l.
-Water – 210 ml

How to cook:

1. Heat the vegetable oil.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
3. Fry the onions.
4. Peel the garlic.
5. Chop the garlic.
6. Add the garlic to the onions and fry them together until a soft state.
7. Pour the curry powder in a separate bowl.
8. Add the curry paste and stir the tomato into a homogeneous mass.
9. Fry resulting mass within 2 minutes.
10. Cut the chicken into cubes of 2.5 cm and add to frying.
11. Stir-fry the chicken until golden brown.
12. Pour the chicken with water, salt, cover and, stirring occasionally, cook for 20-25 minutes.
13. Cut the pepper into cubes and add to the dish. Cook another 5 minutes.
As a garnish boil rice.
