Chicken curry with apples.


Chicken fillet – 400-500 g
Apples – 2-3 pcs.
Onions – 1 pc.
Dried apricots – 100g
Green peas frozen – 1/2 Art.
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Curry (powder) – 2 h. L.
Cumin powder – 1/2 hr. Liter.
Salt – to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste


1. In a wide pan with high sides to pour olive oil, heat, add curry powder and cumin, and stir for 1 minute to warm up. Add the chopped chicken into pieces and fry until cooked.
2. Put on a plate.
3. Apples wash, dry and cut into slices.
4. In a frying pan, where roasted chicken, add the apples and onion, cut into half rings. Broil 5 minutes.
5. Return to the pan chicken.
6. Dried apricots wash, dry, and also add to the pan.
7. Add green peas, pour 0.5 cups of water (broth), add salt and pepper, stir, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Put on a plate. It is fragrant and very tasty curry I served with rice.
