Chicken, baked with potatoes

-Chicken carcasses (chicken or 1 kg) 500 gr.
-1 kg of potatoes.
-Garlic, sagging through the press 6 pieces.
-1/3 cup olive oil
-Spicy smoked paprika 2 hours. L.
-Jamaican allspice allspice 1 ch. L.
-Lemon juice 3 tbsp. l.
-Honey 1 tbsp. l.
-Dried tarragon (or any other herbs) for 1 hour. L.
-Salt to taste

Chickens wash, dry with paper towel.
Season with salt inside and out.
Potato peel and chop.
Mix all the marinade ingredients.
Rub the chicken with marinade and coat the potatoes, tie the legs of chickens, tuck wings behind the back and leave for 1 hour.
In a baking dish put the chicken and potatoes, pour along the edges 50 ml of water, cover with foil and bake in a preheated 400 F oven for c 1 hour 15 minutes.
After remove the foil and bake for about 20-30 minutes more, basting broth formed.
The finished dish sprinkle with parsley, you can add a dry frying pan fried pine nuts, as I did. Serve with salad and natural yoghurt.
