That, in my opinion, genius recipe: chicken, baked in the oven on the cans of beer. Active cooking time — 10 minutes (less likely, simply does not happen), can be prepared on the eve of the holiday, and just reheat before serving. And most importantly — very, very tasty. I think many housewives are familiar with this recipe and can confirm that the chicken turns out very tender and juicy inside, fragrant and soft. And on top with this method of baking is formed crispy brown crust with garlic bread taste and aroma.

Ingredients:
Chicken — 1 pc. Its size depends primarily on the size of the oven — it is there to «stand up» in full growth. I have a standard size oven, so for this recipe, I always take a small chicken around 1 kg.
Beer — 0, 5 liters. (any, is suitable for both light and dark). If no beer, it can be poured into ordinary water. Chicken out not less tasty, but without intoxicating aroma of bread.
Garlic — 2-4 cloves (to taste)
Sour cream — 4 tablespoons
Salt and pepper — to taste (for my taste is 1 teaspoon salt and pepper 0.5 tsp)

Preparation:

3. Make mass for smearing — mix sour cream with crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Smeared with this mixture of chicken on all sides, including those under the wings and legs.

Tip: If you did not have at hand cream, you can coat the chicken a mixture of garlic, salt and pepper. Crust also appear, but will not be as uniform.
When the chicken begins to bake with it will drip fat and juices in the pan. To burn fat is not, it is necessary to pour into the pan about 1-1-5 cm. Of water.
