Cherry Pie “Pleasure”

• 3 eggs
• 150 g of sugar
• 150 g flour
• 250 grams of cream 33-35%
• 250g mascarpone cheese (or other)
• 150 g of sugar
• stewed cherries or cherries
• 100 g chocolate

Cooking method:
1. Egg beat sugar (whisking for 5-7 minutes). Add the flour, knead the dough is not thick.

6. Put cream on cherry.
7. Chocolate grate. Sprinkle with chocolate cake.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
