Cherry Clafoutis

570 g cherries
3 eggs, room temperature
70 g flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
100 G + 3 tablespoons (45 grams) sugar
330ml milk
Softened butter for greasing

Preheat oven to 190 C. Grease 2 liters of oil a baking dish with butter.
Cherry roll in flour and put in shape.
In a food processor, mix the eggs, flour, vanilla and almond extracts, ½ cup sugar and milk until smooth.
Pour the batter in the berries and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
