● cheese (use 0%) – 500g
● sugar – 2/3 cup

● lemon peel – 1 pc.
● starch – 1 tbsp
● dried cranberries

for shtreyzelya:
● butter – 80g.
● sugar – 1/3 cup
● flour – 2/3 cup
● cocoa – 2 tbsp

Cottage cheese, sugar, eggs – pound into a homogeneous mass of fluffy, add the starch, lemon zest, mix thoroughly. I should get a lush creamy mass. Add cranberries and mix.
Shtreyzel cook: butter, grate, add flour and sugar, hands to grind into crumbs, add the cocoa, rastret until smooth.
At the bottom of a baking dish put half the chocolate shtreyzelya, then cottage cheese, carefully leveled spatula to avoid cavities and cover with second half shtreyzelya.
The mass lay out the form. Bake 45 minutes at 190 degrees. Ready cheesecake rises above and behind walls. Totally cool without removing from the mold.
Cheesecakes need to brew 5-6 hours, it becomes dense.
