Cheesecake with cherries

Cheesecake with cherries try to cook, which will be suitable for both holiday and home drinking tea.

Cheesecake with cherries

You will need:
250 gr. flour,
150 gr. sugar,
1 egg,
120 gr. butter,
zest of lemon or orange,
a pinch of salt.

For filling:
0.5 liters. milk,
100 gr. semolina,
4 eggs,
750 gr. fresh cheese,
a cup of sugar,
350 gr. cherry (can be frozen),
50 gr. almond petals.


Sift the flour and chopped it with the oil in the sand, then add the egg, salt and zest. Knead the shortcrust pastry, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Now make the filling:
Bring the milk to a boil, and a thin stream, stirring constantly, add the semolina. Do not boil, but only stir grits and set aside. Separate the whites from the yolks. Protein shake up with a drop of lemon juice until a stable foam.
The cooled semolina porridge, cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolks and baking powder mixed, carefully add to the weight of the protein. The oven should be heated up to 200 g.

Cheesecake with cherry baking:
Prepare a form and grease it with butter. The dough is smooth roll, put in shape, so that the dough is closed and the bead shape. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
